Research

Electric Airplane 電気飛行機

Like trains and cars did in the past, future airplanes will be flying by electricity, not internal combustion.

We are carrying out basic research toward practical use, using the basis developed by researches done with Electrical Vehicles by Hori-Fujimoto Lab.

By using the high-controllability of electrical motors, we will be proposing new researches on motion controls of airplanes.



電車や自動車がたどってきたように,将来の飛行機の動力は内燃機関から電動化が進むと考えられています。

当研究室が電気自動車で培ったノウハウを基に,電気飛行機の実用化に向けた 基礎研究を開始しました。電気モータの高制御性を活用した,飛行機の運動制御の研究を展開しています。
